Dudes, Get Ready for TTM+ '26: Thailand's Travel Fiesta Hits High Note!

Thailand Travel Mart Plus (TTM+) 2026: A Celebration of Healing Luxury and Quality Tourism

Pattaya, Chon Buri - June 10-12, the city that never sleeps came alive with the Tourism Authority of Thailand's (TAT) biggest event of the year, Thailand Travel Mart Plus (TTM+) 2026. Under the theme "Amazing Thailand: Healing is the New Luxury," TTM+ 2026 brought together the who's who of the travel industry to showcase Thailand's unique blend of quality tourism, wellness-led travel, and regional development.

As the sun rose over the NICE Pattaya Convention and Exhibition Center, excitement buzzed in the air. This year's event was all about highlighting Thailand's Eastern region as a premier destination for "Travel with Care," Thai wellness, and coastal sustainability. With 429 high-quality international buyers, 428 Thai sellers, and over 100 international media representatives in attendance, TTM+ 2026 was set to be an unforgettable experience.

At the helm of this incredible event were Minister of Tourism and Sports Mr. Surasak Phancharoenworakul and Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, TAT Governor. According to Minister Phancharoenworakul, "TTM+ 2026 reflects the Thai Government's commitment to tourism as a key driver of national growth. The event connects Thai tourism businesses with high-potential buyers, media, and partners from around the world, while strengthening ASEAN connectivity and wider regional cooperation."

Ms. Kiatphaibool echoed these sentiments, stating, "TTM+ 2026 enables TAT to bring Amazing Thailand: Healing is the New Luxury into a global trade setting, showing how Thai tourism can meet demand for wellness, meaningful experiences, and responsible travel." The event's focus on sustainable growth through the BCG model, Zero Waste to Landfills, and Zero Food Waste aligns perfectly with Thailand's commitment to environmental responsibility.

As the event got underway, attendees were treated to a sensory overload of sights, sounds, and aromas. The Thailand Pavilion presented wellness routes from Thailand's five regions, offering interactive demonstrations, soundscapes, and herbal aromas that transported visitors on a journey of discovery. From Thai fruits and one-bite gastronomy to regional identities highlighted through scent, taste, touch, and sight, the pavilion was a true masterpiece.

Thailand has already welcomed over 14 million international visitors this year, generating an impressive 679 billion Baht in tourism revenue. With projected tourism revenue of 2.65 trillion Baht from domestic and international tourism expected for 2026 as a whole, Thailand is poised to become one of the world's top tourist destinations.

As the curtains closed on TTM+ 2026, attendees left with a renewed sense of excitement and purpose. The event was more than just a trade show - it was a celebration of healing luxury and quality tourism. As Thailand continues to shine bright as a beacon of sustainability and innovation in the travel industry, one thing is certain: this incredible destination will continue to captivate hearts and minds for years to come.
